"It's My First Day!"

We are excited to welcome you on your first day at K+S Potash Canada. We know that first days can be a lot of new information and so we have designed our onboarding program with you in mind. We want to help get you feeling settled and up to speed as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

Onboarding begins when you sign on with K+S Potash Canada and builds over the course of your first year. Through this process, you will learn a little more about our culture, values, and benefits, as well as your department and responsibilities, and also opportunities for growth and development.

What to expect in the next six months:

• Your first day - IT orientation, Health & Safety orientations, HR orientation and department specific orientations

• Your first week - Meet the the team, training and reviewing important KSPC information

• Your first month - First pay, signing up for online benefits, performance planning and getting settled in your role

• Your first three months - Completion of required training, learning more about KSPC and your position

• Your first six months - Probation complete, continuous learning
